It’s hard for marketers and entrepreneurs to get someone’s attention. You’ve got the competition of all their email addresses, but not everyone on your list is a qualified buyer or lead- there are people who just need an answer from you because they’re struggling in life right now, so that should be valuable too!

🗣🗣 Someone’s attention is more valuable than their email address

Getting someone on your email list does not mean they are the highest quality lead or buyer. That is right, I said it 😳

Let me share a quick story:

Last year I ran an HOUR long video to a cold audience (someone who has never heard of this brand before) for a client. Most people would tell you this is wild and no one would watch…right?

We were getting thousands of 100% views for a 60 MINUTE video for less than $4 🤯🤯🤯 and this ad ran for almost 8 months.

Why does this matter?

Well, think about how qualified that person is that just took an hour out of their day (unplanned) to stop and digest whatever the heck you’re talking about.

Do you think this person knows/likes/trusts you? Heck YEAH 🙌

Do you think they probably went and followed you, opted into your thing, bought your thing (whatever your thing maybe!) – You bet they did 😉
