There are no fearless people, just people who get better at jumping off cliffs.
Our brains are conditioned for thousands of years to protect us and it automatically asks:
“what if (insert bad thing) happens?”, “What if I fail?” – whatever the heck that really means. And lastly, “What will people think of me?”
Instead what if we started to train ourselves to ask better questions…
“What if it works out better than I even imagined?”
“What if it’s even easier than I thought it could be?”
If I told you the number of leaps that other people deemed irresponsible, unsafe, or risky….😅 whew…but those are stories for another day. If you’re not ready for leaping, try dipping a toe into something.
Every practice of learning to trust yourself builds. And that is so important in business and Facebook ads.
Safety is an illusion. Trust yourself, you got this.
